She has managed multimillion-dollar grant portfolios at the U.S. Department of Energy, designed and launched large-scale energy efficiency programs for utilities and nonprofits, and guided organizations through complex transitions to strengthen their long-term capacity.
As a former nonprofit executive director and senior manager, Lesley understands the challenges that organizations face—from securing funding to building resilient teams and systems.
